Breakfast may be the hardest meal to plan because our old ways were to load up on carbs first thing in the day. This almost always lead to a downer a few hours later, best satisfied by yet more carbs. This cycle is now broken by insuring that we get the day going with plenty of protein and fat. There’s nothing better than bacon and eggs and some veggies from dinner the night before, or a bit of fruit. Whipping cream is great stuff in the morning coffee, too.
